The additional massage modalities I offer:
Swedish Massage
A gentle, relaxing massage using long strokes, kneading, and circular movements to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
Trigger Point Therapy & Reflexology
Focuses on specific "trigger points" or knots in the muscles, applying pressure to release tension and alleviate referred pain in other areas of the body.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue with slower, more intense strokes to relieve chronic pain and muscle tension.
Aromatherapy Massage

Temperature Contrast Therapy
This method involves alternating between hot and cold applications to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and promote healing. I utilize hot and cold compresses alongside state of the art massage tool which delivers precise temperatures ranging from 10°-104°F directly to the tissue.
Serenity Massage
This type of massage focuses on calming the nervous system, fostering relaxation, improving circulation, diminishing stress, and creating a serene experience for ultimate tranquility.
